Ricardo was a total pro during every aspect of this move. He was easy to communicate with when we first talked and set up the job. His pricing was reasonable and specific. He showed up on time, looked at the items to be moved, spent a moment mapping out how best to fill his cargo truck, and then got the load-in done quickly and efficiently. Not having met him previously, I had been prepared to ride along if I'd gotten the wrong vibe, but I felt absolutely no need to bother with that upon working with him. And indeed my trust was warranted, as the items were delivered on time and in good condition at the culmination of the job. Trustworthy guy, solid worker, good prices, no hidden charges. Total pro.

Amazing! I will only use Ricardo from now on. He was thoughtful, kind, and professional. When stuck in traffic he communicated updates perfectly. He even went the extra mile by being nice to my son and screwing out windows back on....because in NY OF COURSE couches don't fit through doors.

Ricardo was great! We were moving within the building so didn't need to hire a full moving company but definitely needed help - he worked with us on the price and couldn't have been more friendly from start to finish. He got everything moved for us in under an hour and even took apart one of our beds and fully put it back together. Getting the name of the customer, the address of pickup to delivery and details of items. This will allow me to give an accurate quote.

To be honest it was self taught as did moving jobs in my spare time i got better at it and my clients were happy with my performance
