We had a very good experience with Thomas. We had a mouse problem left over from a previous owner and Thomas went over our whole house with a fine tooth comb closing up all the holes, setting traps and bait. One week later he followed up with us to check in and see if things were going well and if we needed anything. Haven't seen a mouse so far and our cats haven't caught anything. Keeping out fingers crossed! Either way, Thomas will be there to periodically check the traps for. Very reasonable rate.Oct 14, 2017Verified
Thomas was wonderful! He listened to all our concerns and plugged up all our hard reaching holes in the kitchen (stove, dishwasher, fridge) and the radiators! We have been putting down traps & stickies but not able to get the mice issue under control and feel confident that with Thomas's hard work and guidance/advice we will finally be rodent free. I had a very bad cockroach problem with cockroaches, and the exterminator Thomas from Prestige Exterminating Co did a fantastic job in getting rid of my roaches. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Yes we do, however in all fairness to us & our customers we leave room for adjustment cause sometimes jobs intail more or less time, product , & material.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Touch base with client, get information, give quote...open to adjustment if needed, schedule day & time. Arrive on set day, do inspection w/ client, then start work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Licenced by the state of New York as certified commercial and residential pesticide applicator, and have work for several company in the past giving me a vast knowledge of pest control.
