I met with Nick over the weekend for two hours. At first I wanted to start immediately with Ch. 9 which is what I am currently learning. Nick suggested started with the basics in the beginning of the book to make sure that I had a strong grasp on the core concepts. I have to say...I am SO happy we did that. I feel more comfortable in general and understood concepts almost immediately when he explained them to me. When I asked questions and did not understand a concept from the first explanation then he went into the problem from a different point of view. It was incredibly helpful. I will now be meeting with him multiple times per week until the end of the semester. He is worth every penny and more, couldn't recommend another tutor with the same confidence I would recommend Nick

Nick tutored me for very difficult college level calculus class when I was home for spring break. He was very familiar with the subject and also could explain things clearly. He gave me some rules of thumb to use for certain types of problems which was extremely helpful. In just a couple of sessions I was feeling much more confident about my next exam. He also offered that I could contact him on-line if I need needed more help (since my college is not in the NY metro area). I definitely would recommend Nick!
