- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
That it’s negotiable and we believe we can meet in the middle. Discounts are given on multiple projects and when you refer a friend.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Walking them through the steps that will be taken so they have a clear understanding of what we are offering, the time it will take and to be realistic as to the time frame the scope of work will take.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Education is a mix of trades schools, internships and on the job training over the years to enhance our skill set.
