We take accountability even further by including a Myzone Fitness tracker to ensure activity outside of sessions is completed at the most efficient heart rate zones. However, as everyone knows abs are made in the kitchen, this is why our program also offers accountability to hit nutritional calorie goals that guarantee weight loss, gain or maintenance and GMP approved supplements to ensure all gaps in nutrition are met. I came in with the huge goal to lose 120 pounds and all that baggage thatcomes with that hot mess!! Management thought Michael Quinones would be a good fit for me. So, how we met was I was told to get on a treadmill and Michael will come find you. I was thinking, how will he find me? We never met!! After about 10mins, I got off the treadmill to ask an employee if he knows who Mike is? I got a friendly smile and a hello, that’s me!! I was very nervous and felt awkward at a gym in the beginning but after couple week, he had done a good job at helping me adjust to training. As time went on, my personality started show. Mike knows I work at a hospital and have good days and bad days!! Sometimes, I come in after a very stressful shift and he handles my rants and moods very well. He always makes sure I’m okay and shows concern for how I’m doing that day and cares for me as a whole person. He is very good at what he does. We are making awesome progress and that’s why I resigned with him. I know he will help me to continue on my journey to rediscovering who I am...the one that got buried under all the stress and baggage. So far, I have lost 43 pounds and a that’s a lot of baggage. But I have gained a stronger sense of who I am and who I want to continue becoming. I also gained a friendship when I found I an awesome trainer in Mike!!! Stef

Patrick Miller is a great trainer. He makes great programs and I can tell he enjoys his job, cares to see results and is always available whenever I have questions or any concerns.

Ive experienced a few personal trainers at Xperience Fitness and they all have the same passion for helping others succeed. My personal favorite is Patrick. He is so good at what he does and is willing to personal each and everyone's training plan to suite their needs and their desires for a lomg term goal. I encourage others when looking for a trainer consider Xperience Fitness first.

I started training with Thorsten in March and soon realized that working out with a trainer is about more than losing weight. I felt stronger after a week and wanted to keep going. My sessions are planned in advance by Thorsten, and thought is put into what muscle group we’ll be working on. He keeps changing it up for more interest. He’s professional, personable, and always my biggest supporter. This experience has benefited not only my body, but my mind and soul as well.

I enjoyed working with Patrick as he tailors each workout to meet my individual goals and every session is full of variety. He challenges me to push my personal boundaries in a supportive environment. Patrick is very encouraging, always professional and keeps me on track to meet my fitness and health goals.
