- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? You would be dealing directly with me. I show you the actual products for your particular project. You'll see the differences between the average, the better and the best. You'll always get the best value for your dollar because your project will be between you and me. I earn an honest dollar. I don't charge any fees. I only charge for the home improvement, which consists of the product, supplies and labor. I keep it simple. I use an agreement and any doc required by the state. that's it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I contact the prospective customer. I answer any initial questions they may have over the phone. We settle on an appointment date and time. I show up on time. We collectively discuss their needs and what they would like. I perform the measurements. I price out the project and present it to the customer. If hired, I do an agreement that discloses the entire project to the customer. After that, I order the product and supplies. when everything comes in from the factory, the customer is called to schedule the installation. When the installation is completed and the customer is happy with the project, I fill out the warranty paperwork and submit it to the factory. The customer receives all of the documents.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Whether it's additional product or installation knowledge or my annual continuing education credit requirements for the State, I make it a point to stay current and ahead of the curve.
