Wire Concealment $35 extra. Above Fireplace $35 extra. Concrete $75 extra. Window A.C: $95 per AC installation. $85 for two or more Per A.C. Furniture Assembly $50 per hour (min 2 hrs). plus $15 per each item assembled (Bed Frame, Night Stand, 4 Drawer Chest and Standard TV Stand. $25 6 + Drawer Dresser For Pax closet Organizers and large TV stand based on size and complexity. Moving Furniture from lobby, up levels $15 per box. Plumbing: Minimum of $175 for service calls plus materials. Main drain unclogging $350 min (2 people, min 2 hours) Kitchen sink $250 Bathtub and shower $195 Toilet $175 Above services are up to 2 hours. Additional hours priced at $85 per person. Bathroom caulking: $95 per bathroom. No Travel fee if within 10 miles of Boston city. $25 Additional for anything over.

I like that I got an immediate response. The appointment was kept as planned according to my schedule and the fee was exactly as I had been told ahead of time. Mr. Rehman was both friendly and helpful in determining placements of the lights and I will definitely request his services again as needed (great to have a handyman on call!). Quality of work and value was very good. This was a job that has been on the "to do list" for almost a year; wish I had used Thumbtack and Renew Home sooner as it was so easy!

I received same day service to hang 3 mirrors in our apartment. Shujaur was punctual. He was precise about the placement of the mirrors and made sure to ask my opinion before drilling any holes into the walls. And he was able to execute the job quickly. I would happily use Shujaur again for his handyman services and I would recommend him to others.

I hired Shujaur on 7-13-18 to install 14 sets of cellular window shades in my condo. Shujaur was extremely communicative during the hiring process - generally responding within minutes -and he provided a rate that was very competitive so I decided to move forward with him. During the installation process, he was amiable and professional, taking his shoes off when he entered my home (without me even asking!), taking me through his work process and getting clear on what I was specifically looking for, and working quickly and efficiently finishing in under 3 hours. He walked through with me at the end to make sure each shade was installed to my satisfaction and was more than happy to make a slight adjustment to one of the shades to make sure it was aligned perfectly. I'm extremely satisfied with the work that Shujaur did and would gladly recommend him to anyone who is in need of a handyman.
