I hold a 200 hour yoga certification in vinyassa, a Certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition from Cornell University, and a Certificate of Graduate Studies in Developing Healthy Communities from Tufts University. I am also pursuing a Master’s in Nutrition, after which I will be a Registered Dietitian.

I have been practicing yoga with Megan Bradshaw for several years. What I like most about Megan is she listens to my concerns and knows my past injuries, so well it's as if they were her own. Megan has given me solid advice for managing my hip injury, a torn ligament in my wrist and hyperextension in my elbows and knees. Megan has also made herself available to me for nutrition advice. She even helped me discover my sensitivity to legumes! I highly recommend Megan for any yoga or nutrition advice.
