About this pro
It was my first time taking on such a big project. I was out of state for the majority of the project and relied on him for photos an updates telephonically. I also had my realtor stop by occasionally to check on the work.I called and text him just about everyday. And he assured me that my house was being worked on. I asked for pictures which he initially told me was no problem. But once the project started and I asked he he told me it’s too many to send . Eventually he did send some pictures especially once the next payment was due. I also didn’t like how the payment plan was setup. He want you to pay half the cost upfront and the rest thru out the weeks. And very little for the project completion. And there are no penalties on his part for not getting the work done on time. The project was suppose to take 2 weeks it took 4 weeks and it’s still not done. He kept pushing the completion date back. He tried to push the completion date back once again and I had to let him know not to come back. I lost trust in him. I came to check on my house and watched him work and saw that he wasn’t working on my house everyday like he said he was. He never finished the project and I paid him most of the money. He did get a lot done but everything that he said he was going to do according to the contract wasn’t done. I know a lot of realtors, property owners and investors and there is no way that I could ever refer him to anyone.Mar 22, 2018Verified
Joe did a great job. He explained everything during the process and the work was neat and clean! I would definitely hire him again.Feb 20, 2018Verified
