He was really good! He was very polite and clearly explained to us what the issue was and also gave us tips on what we need to do in the future.

Don't hesitate to hire Lin to solve your iphone problems. For some reason, my cellular network stopped working and I had no idea how to resolve it. After taking my iPhone 6 to both the Apple Store, and the AT&T store, I was told my only option was to get a new phone. I got a new phone and then a few days later I thought to reach out on thumbtack to see if I could find someone. Lin answered, a few hours later he was at my house working on my phone. 45 minutes later, phone was working - he's a rocksteady, hire him now!
