- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to be reasonable with my pricing and will take into consideration the circumstances of my prospective student and their families, if pricing is a prohibitive issue.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have an initial conversation to iron out expectations, pricing, an agenda, etc and I travel to the location designated by the client. Payments are accepted in cash or via Paypal, Venmo or Chase QuickPay.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a dual undergraduate degree in Business-Economics and Africana-Studies from Brown and Master in Education from Tufts University.
