FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For the most part it is standard, but some customers may require a little more help. I want to keep you as a customer for a long time and I want you to refer me to your friends/family. So my pricing is primarily based on the size of your property, how much pesticide/rodenticide and other materials will be needed to be effective and labor in that order. So believe me when I tell you, that you won't find a more experienced, honest worker who is affordable like me.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is after introducing myself as your friendly neighbourhood bug man lol, I examine the premises for whatever the pest issue may be. Afterwards I immediately inform, and enlighten my customers on what the primary issues are and how I will fix their problems and if it's something thats out of my control like plumbing or structural damage I will be up front with you and let you know the best course of action to take. I also show the customers the things that they can do in order to help maintain a pest free environment after my treatment is done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I trained under Dr. Advani in Queens NY in the 1990s before his wife took over the business in the 2000s. Dr. Advani was the top Eytomolygist in NYC at the time and I was trained directly under him. Throughout the years I've received private training from other schools in various exterminator courses from mosquitos to bedbugs to Norway rats as well. When I worked for Orkin, I constantly received private bedbug training. I became the Bedbug specialist, I rarely ever got call backs even when the property was infested. Every year I take a refresher course in 7a in order to stay updated on the pest control business. I am also a Touro College graduate who took Exterminating so seriously that I have a Bachelors in science as well.
