- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At All in One we charge a fee of $175.00 to come to your location and do a complete diagnostic of your system. We present to you a complete list of problems your system needs addressed and a full detailed pricing for the repairs. Only upon your approval we complete all necessary repairs to bring the system on line making sure your system is operating as it’s designed to. In most cases all repairs are completed in the same visit unless a part has to be special ordered.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I treat all my customers with the upmost respect they deserve. I try my best to explain to the home owner the whole procedure of how I troubleshoot the problem with their system as well I explain what I’m going to do to fix the problem with the unit. Also I try to educate them on how to care for the system to help prevent future problems.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been involved in the HVAC and Home renovation field ever since I finished a 3 year tour in the US Army in 1982. I have formal education in HVAC and refrigeration at the Career Technology Institute. I hold a Universal 608 EPA certification.
