Introduction: At All In One Comfort Solutions We are a second Generation HVAC and Refrigeration company. We are EPA Certified and are fully Insured. We Specialize in Sales Installation,Troubleshooting, Repairs of all Major Brands of Heating, Cooling, Heat pump and Refrigeration systems. We do complete Installation of all Major brands of Low or High pressure systems, Residential and Commercial ducted or ductless systems. We are typically called upon when others fail to come up with the needed solution to a problem the client is having. We enjoy the different day to day challenges our Technicians face in the field. Our goal is to find a Solution to any minor or major repair at hand. We also enjoy designing a system that works proper and efficient for the space the property owner has to work with.

After having an HVAC specialist charge for consult and servicing and blaming the non- working minisplit AC on faulty electrical, we called and paid for 1 electrician to diagnose and give excruciatingly high estimate, then called a 2nd electrician who said we had no electrical problem... Ugh. Finally we got All in One from Thumbtack. Wil from All in One came in promptly, diagnosed the issue right away, and now AC is working great. Wish I had contacted them first! Couldn't recommend them more highly. A++ for service, responsiveness, and most importantly, accuracy!

Wil is a uniquely skilled and multi-talented HVAC and construction professional. From the moment I met Wil during the project scoping and bidding process, he inspired great confidence of his deep HVAC technical knowledge and broad construction experience. He unquestionably provided the soundest advice and proposal for the routing of the piping, communication/electrical lines and drainage tubing from/to Mitsubishi Outside Condensers to/from 6 Interior Wall-Mounted Air-Handlers. In terms of project execution, Wil's background as a general building contractor was a great asset throughout the project. He worked seamlessly with and provided guidance to the other sub-contractors involved (e.g., electricians, carpenter). As a family, we enjoyed having Wil work in our home throughout the project. We have two active young sons who often run around when back from school and Wil always treated them as if they were family and looked out for their safety when anywhere near the construction/installation areas. This intricate project in a floor-through Manhattan apartment was delivered two days ahead of schedule without a glitch! The impact to walls and ceilings was minimal (even before re-painting where necessary), which is simply amazing for a project that involved significant piping, wiring, wall-mounting, etc. The attractive wall-mounted units were placed meticulously in the most ideal spot of each room. The outside units and piping were also ideally placed and enclosed (where applicable). Most importantly, the HVAC system works flawlessly, is user friendly/intuitive, and even aesthetically pleasing! I highly recommend Wil for his reliability, attentiveness, integrity, and overall knowledge/ experience. He is best in class. No question.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At All in One we charge a fee of $175.00 to come to your location and do a complete diagnostic of your system. We present to you a complete list of problems your system needs addressed and a full detailed pricing for the repairs. Only upon your approval we complete all necessary repairs to bring the system on line making sure your system is operating as it’s designed to. In most cases all repairs are completed in the same visit unless a part has to be special ordered.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I treat all my customers with the upmost respect they deserve. I try my best to explain to the home owner the whole procedure of how I troubleshoot the problem with their system as well I explain what I’m going to do to fix the problem with the unit. Also I try to educate them on how to care for the system to help prevent future problems.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been involved in the HVAC and Home renovation field ever since I finished a 3 year tour in the US Army in 1982. I have formal education in HVAC and refrigeration at the Career Technology Institute. I hold a Universal 608 EPA certification.
