- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have packages with our various service offerings but it is best delivered on a client by client basis so you understand what you're investing in and what the benefits will be unique to your business and goals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a proprietary process for helping our clients become the go to trusted choice and market leader. We start with a discovery call with the client to learn more about their business, customers, and goals for growth. Once we understand that we have a strategy session to show them how we can help. This session is done via a web conference where we share some market research and strategies to help you understand your opportunities and how you can achieve your goals of growing and teaching more people.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We always start with educating our clients so they can see where they can attract customers, clients, and patients from where their competitors are not. The first thing we will cover is our proprietary 3 step go to market process. Then we dive deep into the strategies that would be most beneficial to growing your business.
