- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually begin the first 2 lessons accessing my clients in and out of the water depending on comfortability. By the third lesson, I usually take notes and begin writing workouts and drills for my students and guides so they can practice on their own time throughout the duration of our lessons.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been swimming since I was about 9 years old and started swimming competitively around the age of 12. I went on to become varsity high school swim captain for the last two years of high school and was nationally ranked by USA swimming #30 in the countries Top 50. I have held numerous Red-Cross Certificates: Life-guarding 05/09 -Currently CPR, AED and First Aid 05/09 - Currently Water Safety Instructor 05/09 - Currently Pool Operators Certificate 05/09 - Currently
