- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We at AG Travel Shop do not charge a planning fee for all inclusive vacations to Mexico or the Caribbean. Please contact us today for a free estimate to the destination of your choice. For a more complex itinerary such as multi-country vacation to Europe, we charge a $300 research fee, which gets applied to your booking once you commit to working with us. AG Travel Shop is affiliated with Signature Network, which means our clients receive the benefit of destination and product expertise, as well as access to one-of-a-kind experiences. In addition, we provide our clients with exclusive privileges and complimentary benefits to make their vacation more rewarding.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I spent 15 years in the corporate world as a budget manager. I was great at my job, but it was just a job. Taking time off was always an issue and had to revolve around the budget schedule. I decided to take a leap of faith and follow my passion. So glad I did. I travel as much as I can and when I can't, I live vicariously through my clients' trips. That's why I plan every vacation as if I am planning a phenomenal trip for myself.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Had a recent request for a group of 6 couples who wanted a getaway to the Caribbean that been "everywhere". For these clients, I found two villas in Curaçao right next to each other. Took care of all the details including a private party at the villa with a private chef. They were wowed.
