Introduction: Hi! I'm a high school writing teacher and producer of an education podcast called The Bell (bellpodcast.com). I'm an alum of Teach for America and have previously taught elementary and middle school in New York City. When I was teaching full time, my students' reading and math state test scores ranked in the top 5% of the state. I recently earned a Masters in Creative Writing from The New School. My journalism has appeared in USA Today, Narratively, The Hechinger Report, and a number of other publications. My latest project is a creative nonfiction book about a group of chess players in a New York City park. From working with students on college essays to designing graphics for one of my websites, I have a diverse skillset and really enjoy everything I do. Taylor has been the perfect tutor for our son. He is positive, challenging and friendly all at the same time. By keeping the work fun and varied, he made the whole experience wonderful for our son. We'd recommend him for any pedagogical role.

Taylor has done excellent graphic design work for me in the past. He created a beautiful poster for the entranceway to my classroom that was miles away from what I could have created and gave my students a funny and welcoming sign when they entered my room. He also created a beautiful onesie for me to give as a gift to my friend who had just had a baby. Taylor always creates high quality work, and quickly. Hire him if you want someone efficient and incredibly skilled (for graphic design work or anything else!).
