- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I only provide speakers with events exceeding 3 hrs. I also provide a contract and take a deposit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually, the customer contacts me 2 weeks in advance and pays a deposit. I supply the customer with a contract and invoice.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a communications degree from St. John's University and 7 years experience.
