The Technician was very knowledgeable in his work as he diagnosed the problem with my computer on first impact upon looking my computer screen. He took it apart in a timely manner and did his repairs with confidence. After putting it back together and turn it on, my computer was working perfectly. I will certainly recommend him to all my family, friends and work professionals in the future. He does excellent work and has a great personality.

He is very professional and honest. He arrived on time and waited for us as we were running late for our appointment to our home (apologies!!). He needed to order a motherboard and did not charge us anything the first visit which he worked on our computer for approximately 1-2 hours. Once he ordered the part, he let us know when he received it and came back on a Sunday. He was very quick and efficient. He seems like a honest, good person with good vibes. The price was for the part he ordered and for labor. I'd call him again if I mess our computer up again for sure!!! Thank you!!

First, Jason got my tired old computer that was barely responding anymore working so well that I almost didn't want to proceed to my plan to replace it. Nevertheless, after receiving my new PC, Jason spent many hours over many days making sure that all the programs I use and all my files were not just successfully installed/transferred but that it was exactly how I wanted it. He's attentive to and considerate of your needs. It's as important to him as it is to you that the end result is just right and working as it should. A great tech PLUS a really nice guy. No question my tech guy for life.

When you buy a new device your happy with it's performance and dependability but time has a way of taking it's toll as it does with everything else. We set our prices with the customer in mind so they never have to question "Is it worth it?"
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to get as much information first before assessing the problem. Once we have an idea of the issue, we work with the customer to find the best time available. Our main objective is to come in and get things working again.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I`ve always been tinkering with electronics ever since I could remember. My parents saw this at a young age and nurtured it into what it is today. Along the way I found others who shared in the same passion to just make things work and so Rennovato Tech was born.
