- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every customer is different; however, the following steps seems constant: 1. Greet the customer and ask for key questions that can help me find ideas for their event and provide an accurate quote. 2. Ideas can be from the internet or translate the customer's information into a graphic design. 3. Once the customer has agreed with the design, we move into an official ordering form or an agreement. 4. Agreement is sent to the customer with customize payment link and instructions to continue our work. 5. Finalize agreement and payment. 6. Deliver or pick of of products. Products include instructions on how to cut or serve products. 7. Follow up for review.

- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After I got out of the Army I started doing cakes. It has been a great passion of mind and having a moving career suits me well. I am a military spouse, and I have had the opportunity to show my creation and share by flavors around the world. Current stop, Brooklyn, NY.
