FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am very open to negotiating a pricing structure that works well for my clients. I am happy to do a flat fee if there is a well-defined scope of work. If the project is more suited to hourly compensation, then I am open to negotiating that hourly rate based upon the number of hours that the project can guarantee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, it's really important to me to spend time talking to them and understanding their goals. I work to ensure that every project I do is designed to specifically address that client's needs. I prefer to start a new client with a small project so that neither party has a high risk of feeling that they got the short end.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have ten years of experience in running operations for nonprofit organizations. Because operations can be such a broad term, this has meant that I've taken on a very diverse set of projects and responsibilities, which has built up my ability to pivot quickly and to manage projects with different styles. I also earned an MBA from Georgetown, which taught me a lot about best business and management practices, as well as fundamental concepts around structuring and operating a business.
