I've been training with David for just over 6 months and I have already witnessed a host of dramatic changes. Weight loss, strength gains, better daily posture, diet mindfulness and more, all from David's training, both in and outside of the gym which includes diet recommendations and cardio regiments to carry out outside of our thrice-weekly meetings. Before I trained with David, it had been years since I had set foot in a gym, and he helped guide me to near mastery of the equipment I currently have access to. I would highly recommend David no matter what your previous level of fitness is, he was able to craft a workout plan that guided me to where I am today and leaves open a future of strong development opportunities.
