LOVE HER WORK! She did my sweet 16 a couple years back as well as my aunt's wedding and let me say she did such a terrific job. I was stunned at the details and all the thing I wanted came together so we'll ! My aunt's weeding was breath taking. I would definitely recommend These people, they are reliable and careful. I highly recommend Divine Event Planning. My son's decoration turned out amazing!! I walked in and was speechless. It was suppose to be a very simple first birthday but Denisse gave it the "wow". All the balloons, baby Mickey Mouse details and unique touches made it even more personalized Denisse was very knowledgeable in decorating and color coordinating. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Pricing for planning services depends on the package chosen. The pricing for decor depends on how big the job is. I needs specifics and need to know venue information.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I would like for my new customers, to fill out a Questionnaire, which is located on my website, under "Contact Us". It's a bit more detailed and will give me a better insight into what they are in need of. I must have an initial face-to-face with my clients to go over the questionnaire and sign the contract.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a B.S. in Business. I take Continuing Education courses to keep up to date with the new trends. I took a 1 year Event Planning Course at Kingsborough Community College. To learn the new decor trends, I took an event styling course with Institute of Wedding and Event Design. We are an insured business.
