Additionally, I am skilled in the design, documentation and implementation of financial and accounting policies, processes and controls to increase efficiency as well as protect assets and the creation and dissemination of budgeting/forecasting processes to ensure achievement of revenue and expense goals. Finally, I have experience in start-up environments managing the human resources and legal functions, including employee handbooks, benefits, contracts, etc.
