Introduction: I am a Wharton MBA with 20 years of international and domestic, for profit and nonprofit finance, accounting and administrative experience at both small and large companies. I come to you with a wealth of experience and knowledge that we can apply to your business!
I love helping small- to medium-sized businesses succeed! I can do this in a variety of ways: strategic planning, executive management and day-to-day financial management activities. Additionally, I am skilled in the design, documentation and implementation of financial and accounting policies, processes and controls to increase efficiency as well as protect assets and the creation and dissemination of budgeting/forecasting processes to ensure achievement of revenue and expense goals. Finally, I have experience in start-up environments managing the human resources and legal functions, including employee handbooks, benefits, contracts, etc.
