My hobbies are Spartan/obstacle races, 14er summits, outdoor activities, football, basketball, and movies.
I specialize in progressing as well as regressing programs to reach your full potential. One-on-one and group training is how to enjoy workouts in the fullest. My passion is excelling in athletics; whether we like to admit it or not, athletics is all around us, and preparing the body to use the body is essential.
After injury during my final football season and struggling with a fitness identity, I found comfort in high-intensity interval training which helped define my journey in losing over 25 pounds. High intensity is where everyone can find discomfort, but that is yielding change!
Training such a wide spectrum of the general public, I have seen and assisted in many cases of injury recovery, injury prevention, weight loss, muscle gain, strength increase, endurance athlete performance and so much more.
