- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge by the size of the job and the time involved. I am always fair to my clients, and offer discounts to veterans, and single mothers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to meet with all potential customers at the location where the work will be performed. It allows me to better understand the details of each job, as each home/office is so different. I've created a question checklist including budget, services needed, and days preferred that is discussed at each meeting either over the phone or in person. I believe in strong and open communication with each one of my clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've spent 12 years cleaning and organizing homes, work with real estate agents across the front range. I received my degree in nursing at Front Range Community college.
