I recently reached out to Courtney for help in creating an invitation for a couple's shower, lumberjack themed, I was hosting for my sister and her fiancé. She responded with such gusto and much enthusiasm. Within a few days I received several proofs via email, they were all fantastic! The hardest part was choosing which one I liked best! Great communication throughout the whole process, everything was perfect, even hand addressed. Beautiful work, will definitely use her again in the future.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am always flexible with budgets and timelines. Even if your budget is wee, get in touch - I'd love to connect and see what we can create. I've seen beautiful logos or simple advertisements created with very limited budgets. I include many ballpark prices on my site.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to begin with a free creative consult, and a complimentary Pinterest board so we can get on the same page as far as aesthetics and vision. From there I begin with first concepts or mock-ups. We'll edit together until it's great. When the client is 100% satisfied I then move into production - however that may fall: printing, the next piece of collateral, website building, CSS, etc.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 10+ years professional experience in web and print design. For 8 solid years, I worked as an in-house designer for an all-natural, down-to-earth vegan online retailer. I went freelance to spread my wings in the design world and haven't turned back! Before I began my career I graduated from Auburn University with my bachelors in Graphic Design, and a minor in both Marketing and Art History.
