It has been a gift to work with Bill during my time at Gaiam. Bill holds a level of knowledge and skill in digital and e-commerce marketing that makes him a wonderful person to have at the table. As a member of this team, he is fantastic to watch and learn from. Plus, the experience he offers and his thirst for knowledge is very contagious. He is quick to push his team forward and encourages everybody to take on new challenges and think about things from a new perspective. On top of the great skills Bill offers, he is an exceptional boss and mentor. He has encouraged me to ask questions, dive deeper to learn more and think outside of the box. Bill is a insightful supportive leader who allows you do execute on your expertise. He is the type of leader that makes you want to do/be better. Decisive, smart, honest, passionate and creative are just a few words that describe him. He sets his focus on the end goal and before you know it, success. Bill did more to better the company, teams and clients in a short time than many try their whole career to achieve. He gave you the room needed to do your job but was close enough to offer guidance and encouragement when needed. I really hope that one day I have the opportunity to work with Bill again.

I offer an hourly rate as well as flat fee for 15 hours per month. Client selects from a menu of services I provide.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get a full understanding of my client's business and the client's objectives. The client can tell me what services of mine they'd like to use; alternatively, I can make recommendations based on the objectives.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have extensive use of several email marketing systems including Experian Cheetahmail, Yesmail, Blue Hornet, Mailchimp, and Oracle Responsys. Affiliate marketing, I have worked in both of the tier 1 affiliate marketing platforms, Rakuten Linkshare and Commission Junction. I have also been nominated for (and won 2x) awards for affiliate marketing. For eCommerce, my job has been running eCommerce businesses since 2001. I've worked in 2 enterprise eCommerce platforms: Salesforce Demandware and Kibo.
