Steve came off as a nice guy. I even gave him a huge tip because he came out in a Friday when I originally scheduled for a Monday. When carpets dried they were not clean. I tried to contact him - text message, phone call, and email via his website that has now been removed - with no response. After a week (and having to pay coit to come out ASAP and re clean the carpets so we could list our home) I wrote him a bad review on Facebook and filed a claim with my credit card company. He finally responded claiming he would refund me. I said I would cx the credit card dispute and take down the Facebook review if he did but he of course didn’t. So my credit card company sent me a letter he told them I was refunded and I wasn’t. The credit card took the money from him and gave it back to me but since he disputed and claimed he refunded me they recharged me and he never refunded me. Do not use him. He’s not only not good at cleaning carpets he keeps taking down websites and facebook pages to get away from my honest review. I literally would have taken down my review and walked away had he answered when I reached out and asked him to fix it or given me a refund when he said he would. Photos are after he cleaned and carpet was dry.

Steve did a fantastic job on my apartment. My dogs had done a number on the carpet and had managed to inflict what I thought would be permanent yellow stains. Even COIT who I had clean my carpets previously had told me the stains would never come out. Apparently COIT hasn't met Steve or seen what his equipment can do. No more yellow, no more having to take exaggerated steps over the gross stains on my way to the bathroom. He spent as much time as necessary making sure that every spot was taken care of and that I was a happy customer. His prices were extremely fair - so much so that I felt guilty paying him so little given how much time he had spent getting everything perfect. I won't hesitate to hire Steve again in the future if my dogs decide to re-terrorize the carpets!

had a customer call me thinking I was a carpet installation company. long story short I talked them into me coming out to try to help clean the carpets instead of them ripping them out once I was done they were a hundred percent satisfied and they did not have to buy new carpet
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The old saying is you get what you pay for. I see it all the time.
