Amanda was an absolutely incredible day-of coordinator for us. She went above and beyond helping me with wedding details before hand, was extremely responsive and professional, super nice and easy to work with, and worked her butt of on the day of our wedding! Our wedding was extremely DIY so I was worried that I would be thinking about setup and details day-of, but she made it so that we didn't have to worry about a thing which was so amazing. I would highly recommend Amanda to anyone! She will make your wedding a truly wonderful experience.

Amanda was a fantastic resource to do day-of coordination for our wedding at a private residence. She did everything on that day that I wouldn't possibly have time to do. She went above and beyond, helping my wedding guests stay on schedule, helping with both setup and breakdown of rentals and flowers, and arranging my gift table, place settings and coordinating all of the vendors. She was meticulous, punctual and friendly. I could not have pulled off this destination wedding without her. She truly a gem of a person. My family LOVED her!

Amanda was absolutely amazing! Her attention to detail and organizational skills made us confident that we would be in good hands for our wedding day. Amanda met with us before our wedding to get a feel for what we were hoping our day would be like. She made sure to gather details we hadn't thought of yet and quickly afterwards sent us a detailed timeline of how the night would break down. Amanda was AWESOME. I didn’t have to worry about a thing having her there on my wedding day! We had a couple things change a day before or day of and she still didn’t forget and made sure everything went smoothly! She was extremely professional and helped with SO much! I would recommend Amanda to literally EVERY bride. She went above and beyond and it took a lot of stress of my shoulders! Even though some people don’t think they need a coordinator, it was worth every penny to be able to sit back and relax while someone else made sure the timeline was being followed, the reception/ceremony site were completely set up and taken down, trouble shooting vendors (we did have a couple hiccups & I promise you will too), as well as checking on us and making sure we had everything we needed!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I like to get to know new customers via email, a phone call, or (my favorite) in person over coffee. Ultimately, couples need a wedding coordinator that you can 100% trust and I hope that by spending a little time getting to know each other that I will be that person for you!
What types of customers have you worked with?
Most of my customers are DIY couples who have infused their own personalities into every aspect of their weddings but know they will want to hand off those final responsibilities so they can enjoy their big day. I love working with them to make sure that their vision comes alive just the way they've planned it!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ultimately, couples need a wedding coordinator that you can 100% trust and I hope that by spending a little time getting to know each other that I will be that person for you!
