Mile High Home Repair
About this pro
Mile High Home Solutions is overall a top notch company. My wife and I hired them a couple months ago to do some work around our house and our hall bathroom. They did an absolutely amazing job they did everything down to the final details as well as going above and beyond to help us. They did things that they didn’t have to just to help us around the house as I am unable to do a lot. There professionalism is second to none and there craftsmanship is impeccable. I will hire them again in the future and am recommending them to anyone that needs work done on there Home.May 30, 2018
I strongly recommend looking for another home repair company. We are a commercial customer who made the mistake of hiring Mile High to replace ceiling tiles in our building, including a tenant's unit. The project ended up dragging on for 6 weeks before a half-hearted attempt was made to "complete" the project. Mind you this was after several reschedules and even a no show. During the course of this project their employee damaged our tenant's brand new custom desk. While we were promised by the employee and presumably one of the owners that the damage would be fixed, the company has since abandoned communication and has not made a single attempt to remedy this issue. Save yourself the hassle (and legal fees) and select a contractor who chooses quality and professionalism over making a quick buck.Apr 30, 2018VerifiedRochelle N.'s reply
It’s extremely unfortunate that this 300$ handyman job has turned out in such a negative light and inability to satisfy a customer. One of my longest tenured employees was put on this job and the feedback we have received is completely different than any of my customers in the past have said about this person. That being said as a company we took the feedback and gave the customer triple the amount of work for the original price of the contract as a way to try and remedy the situation. The last time on the site we found that the customer had removed over 30 extra ceiling tiles on their own time which is a violation of the original contract. During which time they put a scratch on a desk in one of the offices. We offered to help fix this even though we did not believe we had anything to do with the situation and that has yet to be scheduled. We have communicated with 3 different people from the company and at this point will offer a full refund for the job as a final hope to remedy the situation.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? We are very competitive with other companies in the state but will always find a way to work with our customers the best we can.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? Our typical process begins with an estimate that is then converted into a detailed work order and scheduled. The work is performed and final inspection will be done with the owner of the project before finally closing the contract.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work? Our main crew leader is a general contractor and his two employees have both been trained in several different trades and currently are working towards their own general contracting license.
