- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
- an average $0.063/ SF for residential space plus additional cost for additional services example, $5/ window; $10 for oven cleaning, $10 for refrigerator . The base price includes bathroom, kitchen and bed rooms. This price applies to one time cleaning. As the customer cleaning frequency increases the price/sf is discounted to $0.050/sf - an average $0.050/SF for commercial space over 4000 sf and $0.060 for space 800-3000 sf. Additional service such as mini blinds dusting cost $5.00/ blinds and window cleaning; $5.00/ window. This is also discounted based on the cleaning frequency.
