Super nice and he takes great pictures. The guy was super paitent with me while taking my pictures and he was always making sure i was comfortable with the picture he took. He always show you the pictures he’s taking to make sure you like all of them. He got there before us and i’m glad he took our pictures because everyone likes how well they look. Would 100% recommend people to get him as their photographer.

My first enquiry after the event was on Feb 28 and today is March 13. I wasn’t satisfied on the pictures they gave me so I was asking if they have the raw copy, doesn’t even have to be post processed. But these people are very unprofessional! Don’t reply on time and and left me hanging. I always hire a photographer when I have events or travel but having their service was a biggest mistake. I never encountered something like this on Thumbtack. I’m not a professional photographer but a hobbyist. But you don’t need the skills to tell that the quality of the pictures they took. Oh well, who covers an event and doesn’t have a wide angle lens?! The details of our decorations were not captured in pictures. Such a let down! I had my camera and 2 lenses on that day. I wanted to offer them my 14mm EF when I saw that they don’t have a wide angle lens/ full sensor lens. But I didn’t want to offend them or something. So I trusted them cuz they call themselves “professionals”. But be the judge of these pictures!
My wife is in the middle of the decoration covering the cake. The name “Zion was cropped. The center piece has balloons but was cropped. There’s no picture of the entire set up. Etc....

Millennial Pink has always cater to the costumers needs,but for us to be able to execute the idea of the client we would need a clear understanding of what is expected. Us as a company we did our part and provide the service as asked for, we were on time and ready to work with out clients. We were left standing outside because the door to the venue were locked and by the time we entered not everything was ready, we tried to work with what we could and didn’t have a chance to be able to take picture of the set up before the guest arrived and took their seats. Their was never a clear understand of what the client wanted. I’m sorry for you experiencing and wish we could have in another way, Our goal is to make the client satisfied, but a photographer can only do some much when they have limited knowledge of what the client is requesting. Thank you for your business and we are very sorry to hear that you are not completely satisfied with the work that has been provided for you
