I try to meet the new customer face to face to build a trust between each other. Both customer and provider should completely trust one another.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When hiring a provider, make sure it is someone that lives and has lived in your area for a good while. Stay clear of the ones that "fly by night" just looking for a quick dollar and gone.
