Lucas built a superb addition to our home--two story garage and apartment above and completely remodeled our home. Extraordinarily responsive to our questions, to our changes as the process unfolded and numerous trips afterward to fix minor problems.

Designing and constructing a professional office space within a limited time frame. LNE construction is the best! They are professional, cost conscious, and creative. With their years of experience I felt at ease knowing my office would be completed with high quality standards. Luke is easy to work with and answered questions and offered creative solutions to create the best outcome for the buildout. I receive compliments on the finished project regularly, even after being open almost 2 years now.

LNE Construction built us a 2 car garage. We were pleased that they let us tell them just what we wanted and then the boss explained their plan and estimated price and what he expected for a time line. We were very happy with the progress and could see how sturdy it was going to be. In the end, it matched our home beautifully, and we knew it would withstand our sometimes harsh Maine winters. We were and still are totally satisfied with the work they did for us. And will have them back for future construction jobs.

I have worked with Luke Rollins on a number of kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects. He provides quality work, reasonable prices and timely service. As a designer, I appreciate his construction experience, problem solving and communication skills. I like that he is on site, swinging a hammer and keeping a close eye on the details for all of our clients and projects.
