My parents had lived in their house since 1963 and we had a very large project to clean out. The guys were there on time and I'm really impressed that they were able to clean everything out of a three story home, basement and garage in one day. They look through everything and check with me when they thought they found something that might be a value to us, whether it be monetary or a family memory. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Pricing is based on how much space the items will take up in our trailer. Our trailer is 7x14 feet,(20 cubic yards or 580 cubic feet) and our rates range from $99 - $499 per load. We offer special discounts to public safety employees, our veterans, and senior citizens
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We'll start by reviewing your needs to fully understand the customer's needs. We offer clear, no-hassle quotes along with fast turnarounds. Most jobs are completed the same day as the visit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We have over 10 years of experience in the recycling, logistics and customer service Industries. We're able to advise our clients on items that can be donated and what will have to be recycled or otherwise disposed of.
