I was able to book an appointment when I really needed one. Her workspace is noticeably clean and comfortable. She is a very polite and considerate provider. The massage was exactly what I needed. We discussed my areas of concern, and she addressed them all wonderfully. From someone who’s had everything from bad to great experiences trying to find a new massage therapist... I’m glad to say that I had a great experience.

I came in for a 90 min Deep tissue Massage with Kim. My massage was amazing with great pressure and great technique. She was very attentive, and a great listener and communicator. She was working out tough tension spots in a way I didn’t even know was possible! I wish I could come everyday! I found my new go too for a massage.

Kimberley was right on time and had her table set up properly. Her massage technique was exactly what my aching body needed after a very long day of travel. My favorite part was the choice of lotions she used as it left my skin feeling very moisturized since it has been dried out due to the cold weather lately. I would definitely recommend her if a professional massage is what you are seeking

When I first made a request, Kimberly responded quickly and was excellent in her communication and expectations. After scheduling an appointment, she provided updates on her timing and was very punctual. Prior to the massage, we discussed any chronic issues I was having as well as areas for her to focus on. The massage was fantastic and professional. She checked in from time to time to determine the proper amount of pressure. Not once did I feel uneasy or apprehensive while on the table. In fact, it was quite the opposite. She made me feel incredibly comfortable and relaxed. Kimberly offers a great way to escape from the noise of the day while helping your body get back to center. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a quality massage. 🙂

My experience with Kimberly has been life changing. I have been a regular client of hers for about six months as she has helped to significantly reduce the chronic joint and muscle pain I have because of a medical condition. The skill she has and the techniques she uses to loosen and stretch muscles and to get rid of knots is really effective. I feel much less stiff in the morning and am definitely more flexible in my movement. As time has gone on she has been able to deeply focus on a number of areas and I continue to improve and feel better. What she has done has made a very positive impact on the rest of my life. I have seen a number of other medical massage therapists in the Cleveland area but she has been by far the most effective. She is relaxed, pleasant, addresses your questions and concerns, and is professional in her demeanor. I highly recommend her!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No, I don't becuase I do a myriad of work and sometimes it's in person or remotely and the cost varies.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do a free health/life consultation to see if we would be a 'good fit' for each other. There have been times I have recommended clients to seek out alternatives because of some differences. The reality is not everyone will mesh well together and I truly want people to get the best help that they can!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated as an Integrative Health Coach from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. I have completed many personal development programs to give people many tools and resources to help them in their journey. I work for an employee assistance program and do 1 on 1 coaching with clients as well as corporate presentations in nutrition, stress relief, general well-being and other topics. I got my massage license back in 2002 and have been practicing off and on since then. I passed the MBLEx, which is the national massage exam, 2 years ago to further my education. I have made it my major focus the past 2 years as well as Coaching others in nutrition, weight loss, stress relief and general well being. I specialize in deep tissue medical massage. I also do swedish, relaxation massage. My passion is truly helping people feel happy and healthy from the inside out :)))).
