James found the leak and repaired it.Nov 2, 2018Verified
In trying to get any contractor to do work, i have had a lot of bad experiences where the contractor never calls back...or it's weeks late. NOT WITH JAMES! He was very responsive, always kept his word, updated me when any changes to scheduling occurred and was just great to work with. The goal of the work being done was to improve the water quality and clarity for both the fish, and my, enjoyment. Before James arrived, it was a cloudy mess. And now, i can see all the way to the bottom of the pond with crystal clarity. We increased the size of the pump, added a waterfall feature, and a skimmer. All this will make it much easier to maintain in the future. I'm very happy with the end result. The only items that need to be revisited are adding a few more rocks, and that is because I ran out of the rocks available to complete the job.Aug 30, 2018Verified
