- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Yes we have standard rates for all of our services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First we listen carefully to the customer to make sure we understand all of the concerns and issues. We then advise the customer of our plan of action to fix their issues. We keep our customer informed of what we are doing throughout the entire process. For remote access jobs, we allow the customer to watch their screen as we work so that can see everything we are doing. We want our customers to build a relationship of trust so that they want to come back to us time and time again.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?All of our technicians have been trained in comptia a+, and we have many years of on-the-job experience.
