Hire this company, you will be so thankful you did. I nearly lost over $1,800 when my almost 5 year old gas heater died. It had a sticker with Benjamin Franklin on it which the warranty should have covered. Instead, the gords @ B. Franklin misdiagnosed it, failed to authenticate warranty, puffed a sercice membership that I didnt need and ultimately insulted my intelligence more than once with shady tactics. Dave came in, handled the warranty, replaced the dead unit and had the new one up and running at 1/6th of the cost.
He also sold and installed a Nuvo water softner that has been a blessing for AZ water. My skin is softer than its ever been and it doesnt use my water for self cleaning which normally increases water usage by 300 gallons a month. Its super easy to maintain, no messy salt and it has a lifetime warranty.
