Wes is a GREAT trainer...and I’ve had a few, so I know. He’s friendly, punctual, responsive and really knows how to train and motivate you. He watches you throughout your sessions and adjusts as needed. He talks to you throughout, both about your workout, but also creates a fun atmosphere with good conversation so you’re not bored.
