FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rates are $40/hour. I can also provide flat rates for the entire job. I ask for a $50 minimum (1 hour job and a little for gas). I do provide discounts for repeat customers or if the job is a large job that will go more than a cpl days. I am willing to negotiate, just ask but please keep in mind that i am responsible for my own heath insurance, liability insurance, tools etc. I am worth what i ask for, i show up as promised,do quality work and stand behind it. I do what i say i am going to do.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will meet the customer and make sure that i am there on time. Find out what the task at hand is and negotiate a time that works for both of us. One thing i do my customers really like is, i always send a text msg when i leave my house and am on my way to theirs so they know i am coming and they are not left hanging (is he gonna show or not gonna show)
