First of all I would like to say that it was a pleasure meeting Abdur. He contacted me and I responded explained the problem I was having and we arranged a date and time. He arrived a little ahead of schedule and contacted me to let me know he would be 15 minutes early. He worked really hard to fix the front panel lights on my printer. Unfortunately it could'nt be fixed. But he did get the printer to work without the panel illuminating so that I can still print from my iPad. I am extremely happy that I hired him. He was very nice and answered all the questions I asked and explained everything so that I could understand. Would definitely hire him again☺️.

My laptop screen was damaged, it was changed and worked just as new. Also, the computer had alot of viruses and sound problems which were cleaned and restored to great working condition again. Exceptional service and very professional.

Abdur repaired the base enclosure to my laptop. He provided excellent customer service by not only promptly repairing my laptop but also by inspecting it at my home and then returning it to me when he was done. Prior to working on my laptop, he provided me with the relevant and correct cost and repair timeline information and also kept me informed of how his repair work was progressing. He was always courteous and even informed me of how I could repair the base enclosure myself. I strongly recommend Abdur for any laptop repair problems you may have.
