The people are nice, but the job was not done well. They got stain on walls (see pictures) and all over the baseboard 1/4 round. Most could have been avoided with masking tape! They also missed a few large portions of my floor wirh the final coat so the sheen looks different. When asked to come fix the floor, I was told that they left extra product for me to touch up... really? I can't believe this.

Customer explained he left this in ERROR! When he reached out to us we fixed the issue he had .Customer gutted house and was explained as to why masking tape would not be utilized in this job at signing of contract.Due to customer having to leave town for weeks we where not able to do any touch ups until he returned to town. Touch up paint was left because each floor is custom stained and if needed to do any new quarter rounds it would match. Customer was reminded quarter round should be removed and we would stain separately no charge.All issues where resolved. Customer was apologetic for leaving bad review before speaking with our team We always fix any issues that may have mistakenly and or unintentionally occurred during the floor refinishing process. Please look at profile for before and after pictures. We have been in business for years and are new to thumbtack. We rank very high in the community with our reviews and offer speaking to past customers for verification.
