Don, We appreciate your feedback and review of using our thumbtack account. I have reached out to Thumbtack directly about how you could make an appointment without confirmation or speaking with us directly. Thumbtack replied stating it is a new feature they went live with and sent out an email to their professionals explaining about the new feature. I have been a member of thumbtack for over 2 years and was not aware of this new feature. We take ultimate pride in keeping in contact with our clients and confirmation of all appointments, that's why I was surprised when I saw this review. I don't believe this is a reflection at all on how we do business and is merely an implication of Thumbtack's new feature with appointment scheduling. I hope you understand this situation and it does not effect us doing business together. Thumbtack has promised me that they would reach out to you as well to explain the situation.
