- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My hourly rate is $225/hour. My initial retainer varies depending on the complexity of the matter. I work with clients and their budgets to come to fair arrangements that work for both us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally I begin with an in-person consultation where we discuss the outstanding issues. After this discussion, generally one hour in length, I will be in a position to provide my advice on how to best move forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Albany Law School in 2007 with dual concentrations in Family/Elder Law and Estate Planning.
