We recently hired Jarad to replace old carpet and some hardwood with LVP. I have to say that this is the best experience I've had with a contractor. He was knowledgeable, friendly, hardworking, and maintained excellent communication. He adhered to the budget and timeline perfectly, keeping me updated throughout as any surprises came up. And the floors came out beautiful, clearly displaying his attention to detail and artistry. We feel very lucky to have found Jarad for this project. I would feel confident recommending him to any family or friends. When we are ready to do more updates, he will absolutely be the first person I reach out to. I can't recommend Jarad highly enough! Everything you hope for in a contractor. This is our 4th remodel and Jarad is the best person we've worked with. Very high intergrity, top-end quality work and excellent craftsmanship. The guys he brought in to help were also very trustworthy and skilled. He took on an 1800 sq ft flooring project for house and it looks amazing, he doesn't cut corners and genuinely cares about doing a great job. He also offers fair prices, and the value you receive for what you pay is easily best in the market. He's very pleasent to work with. We're glad we made this connection and plan on hiring him for all future work in his wheelhouse. He's your guy.
