- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is built on >2000 hours of coaching expertise and proven results. I do not give hourly rates because my clients mean more to me than 45-minute blocks of time. I provide a pricing package that includes coaching sessions and follow-up emails by the month because the best coaching experiences come from the relationship that a client has with the coach. That cannot be be achieved with an hourly rate mindset.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with an exploratory call that is complimentary to help us get to know each other better and determine if we're a good fit to move the client's life forward. I prefer email as the initial contact, which can turn into a phone call if we both want to pursue further conversation about working together.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have six years coaching experience with executive level leadership, and more than 20 years of life coaching experience. I received life coach training from the Coach Training Alliance life coaching program.
