- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All work starts at $80 and if the price goes up it will be due to time spent on fixing the issue and whether or not there are other parts that need to be purchased. The price can be lower depending on the type of work done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At the moment I can only do remote connections via TeamViewer which is free and requires the customer to provide me with login information. This login information changes every time I disconnect from the customers computer. I can do local repairs close to Buffalo, NY 14201.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have always been interested in computers and have been repairing and upgrading them since 1998. I also graduated college with a Bachelors in Network Administration.
